Very satisfied seller
We were very happy with our sale by Simon. He was under pressure with both timing and price as we had already purchased prior to selling and it being the busy Christmas/New Year period. He persisted and achieved for us. A very friendly person to deal wirh and I highly recommend him as your agent. Simon knows a lot about the area and was very professional in his approach. The property description he issued was so positively worded and complimentary, his marketing strategy was obviously successful.

Excellent outcome
This was the second development site simon Francis sold for me we had a couple off tyre kickers come along but both l and Simon backing me up achieving the $$$ l was asking for and hoping for making me feel his proffesionalisim stood out at the end no hesitation recommending simons honesty as well and constantly feedback too get the deal over the line
