Just bought a house through Harcourts Innovations. Andrew was helpful, made himself available and very pleasant to deal with. He wasn't too pushy, like other real estate agents we dealt with had been.

Andrew did a great job. Some agents try to sell you the world and then force your price down later and some only point out the negatives trying for a low price and quick sale. When looking at our property, Andrew outlined both positives and negatives and told us what we should highlight and fix to assist the sale without going over the top. He knows the Southport and Ashmore area well. After the sale, he continued his service looking after our mail that had been dropped off by the new owner and kept in touch. All in all, we were happy with Andrew's approach, philosophy and his service.
