Andrew and his team worked really hard on the sale of our long term investment property. He was honest with me about the condition of the property and the price point that it was actually in. Although I disagreed at first I eventually came to see what Andrew had been telling me all along. I wish I had listened to him earlier. I would recommend Andrew 100%. He knows his stuff.

Andrew has sold a couple of properties for us and in all my dealings with him I have found him to be upfront and honest about where the property is in the market, what it's worth and why. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking to sell their home.

The various personnel in Harcourts at Ashmore that I dealt with, during the rental years and then the sale, were always pleasant, easy to deal with, and proactive in solving any problems that came up. With the rental for almost 3 years, and then the sale, I have been very happy with my interaction with Harcourts staff.

Results for both the sale of my house and the purchase of a retirement villa exceeded all my expectations. Both Andrew and John worked very hard and were always readily available, keeping me regularly posted with progress. The office staff were always friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I was practically a member of the family.
