Andrew and his team kept us well informed during the sale process. Anything we needed to know, or had questions about, was conveyed quickly and effortlessly to us. We were given plenty of notice when they required access to the property for viewings, and the peoperty was always left as we had left it afterwards. Andrew was right on the money when he he appraised the property and got us the price we had agreed on due to his negotiation skills, due in part to his knowledge of the local market and his experience in the area.
