Andrew was very knowledgeable with the way to market our property. He suggested an auction because of the condition of the house and the size of the land. He gave us a weekly report on how many viewings there were, how many people that seemed interested, plus the offers that were presented. They were very detailed reports. Marcus and Toby were also involved in the marketing of the property and did a lot of follow up phone calls to prospective buyers. Kylie was excellent in the handling of the administration side of things. Any queries that we had were answered immediately and she seemed extremely organised with everything that she did. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team, they were extremely professional in the way they handled the sale of the property plus they were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Our experience with Andrew’s team was somewhat mixed; there was over 10% difference between the first valuation we received from the agent and the final offer we managed to get by a buyer. When asked, we were advised that ‘we are not so sure, there has been some unexpected movements in the market over the last few weeks’. An overestimation of 10% was a bit disappointing and had we known about the price we’d be able to get, we may not have listed our property for sale. Other than that, the rest of the process was straightforward, and no issues with the services we received. In summary, we may think twice if we are to use the agent.

Andrew and his team were excellent, would definetly go back to him again if needed to sell an investment property or primary dwelling.
