Keep you well informed during the sale process

I found Andrew trustworthy, a recognized professional with strong work ethics. He was very honest in his market trend projection and rental payback. Only letdown was that his assistant (cannot remember her name) was very weak in communication and I did not know that my offer was accepted for 3 days till I called Andrew for follow up. Must say that again Andrew was very responsive and apologized for the miscommunication. Overall very happy with his performance.

Probate estate property listed in late September 2013. Offer received mid October 2013.Settlement effected 22 November 2013. Settlement could have been effected early November 2013 except that I had not been granted Probate of the estate at that stage. Andrew obtained $450,000 for the property. 3 other agents had valued the property at between $419,000 and $429,000.

I was a first home buyer so was unaware of the housing market. Andrew was helpful and tried his best with negotiating. I'm disappointed I signed the contract one day after the first home owners grant changed doh! Leanne the receptionist was most helpful with all the communication and delivered what she said she would on time. I'm happy in my new home thanks to Andrew, my only concern was not knowing some of the walls were asbestos :s

Even though Andrew had to hand over our potential sale to another representative due to him going on leave, the representative he handed us over to was exemplerary and the sale was made in record time without a hitch. We were more than pleased with the result.
