Andrew was not the first agent I went with to sell my house, but he should have been. The idea of selling my house by auction felt like too much of a risk to take. However the decision to go with the 'shiny, big talking agent' basically cost me $2500 and 2 months on the market. The service I received from my first agent was beyond ridiculous - no contact, terrible reporting and at times heart breaking. Andrew was obviously keeping an eye on my property and noticing it hadn't sold after my contract with the first agent Andrew contacted me and said he could sell my house at auction. Living interstate and the property in WA being a massive burden my partner and I were willing to give this one more shot. From the very start with dealing with Andrew the service I received from him to the office staff was outstanding. The communication and reporting was detailed, thorough and extremely professional and made my first agent look like a backyard hack. When it came to the auction night, I was sent a link to watch & listen to the auction live as we lived interstate. Andrew was able to sell my property in the tough WA market and free us from having to either keep it on the market or rent it out. I highly recommend Andrew and the entire team for making you feel like you are important to them.
