Having to sell a deceased estate, as the executor, where there are several parties - some of whom have no idea of real estate nor how to approach its sale - can be extremely difficult. All parties have their own opinion of how much the house should is worth (and how much of that they should have!) but with a great agent in Andrew it didn't take long for a decent figure to be decided upon. In our case we were faced with a falling market however Andrew's knowledge and his database was crucial. He got through around 30 interested parties and had out 6 contracts. To make things harder some of the parties involved with the estate could not help but go to open for inspections etc which hampered Andrew as he had to deal with them as well as potential buyers. In the end we had 1 actual party interested in buying who tried their luck at 10% below market value, Andrew pulled it out of the fire and managed to bring this party around to buy at the property's real value. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone selling in Sydney's south east.
