Andrew's approach to the sale of our investment property was professional and comprehensive. Andrew and his team managed every aspect of the sale brilliantly. Beyond advertising and assiduous follow-up of potential buyers, Andrew made arrangements for a new tenancy for the incumbent tenant, arranged repairs, gardening, and styling, and tactfully dealt with the neighbours when an issue arose. Andrew even came out at 9 in the evening (in the rain!) to check out the property and talk to the police when a break-in occurred while the house was vacant before sale. Although the sale occurred during the social restrictions of the Covid time, Andrew and his team had a carefully thought through approach to successfully manage this as well. No problems, only solutions. Needless to say, with all this attention to detail, the sale went extremely smoothly and we obtained a price well above expectations for our property.
