Andrew was great at keeping us up-to-date with the progress of inspections and with buyer feedback. He did a lot of buyer follow-up, which kept people interested in the property and led to a good turn-out at auction. I liked that he didn't try to `spin' things: we could talk calmly about the process, and he did a good job balancing realistic expectations with hard work and planning.
