It wasn't long after we approached Andrew and his team in November, that we realised that selling our beloved Dee Why apartment was going to be a lot simpler and quicker than we thought. Andrew and his team took over the project management of the renovation of the more dated parts of our apartment at no additional cost. They did this in the lead-up to Christmas whilst we were interstate allowing us to be first to market in the new year and securing a quick sale in January. The interior stylist and all of the trades they employed came trusted and lived up to their reputations, leaving us with an apartment worth at least 30% more. Last year my family purchased 2 properties through Cunninghams. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that was involved in the process.
