I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Macdonald, the vendor's real estate agent, during the recent purchase of a property. Andrew's communication and local knowledge were instrumental in closing the deal smoothly and efficiently. His proactive approach and availability to answer all of our queries and concerns ensured that we were well-informed and comfortable throughout the process. Would highly recommend Andrew and his team for all sales around the Point Clare region.

Excellent service and a very caring team.

Real estate agents aren’t always known for their truthfulness, honesty and integrity. Put aside any concerns if you deal with Andrew and Lachlan. Local expertise, a clear and focussed idea of what works for all parties was part of my experience with Andrew and Lachlan. Over one of the busier periods of the year due to public holidays, annual leave and so forth, I was able to start the purchase of my new home prior to Xmas and during January. They facilitated additional visits to the property and not only looked after me but the interests of the seller. That’s not very common yet it is commonsense. Everyone was a winner. I’m so happy with my new home - thanks to you both. I have and will continue to recommend you both to anyone who is selling or buying a home.

I have known Andrew for 25 years and the whole time selling with him has been a pleasure. Andrew has always been very respectful with total professionalism and kindness when emotions are all over the place. I recommend Andrew as your future agent in buying and selling no one knows this area as well. Point clare koolewong etc.

Andrew's vast knowledge of the market and local area allowed me to get the best price for my property. His outstanding professionalism and communication skills guided me through a process I was not familiar with. Andrew made the experience of selling property easy. I can't recommend his services highly enough.

Andrew has a great understanding knowledge of the local market. We've been looking into an investment property in the area for a while, and this opportunity came up and Andrew helped us in making the decision. The whole process was smooth and although there were small glitches everything worked out at the end!

Andrew and his team provided excellent service in my recent sale and for the past 15 years or so managing the same property.
