Andrew was quite helpful during the final pre-settlement inspection. However, Lachlan who I dealt with during the negotiation didn't answer most of my calls after the sale. Also, one of the bedrooms advertised did not have a window, so not technically a bedroom, however was advertised as a bedroom on realestate.com.au.

Lachlan and Andrew Macdonald not only marketed and sold the property, which was a deceased estate, but they also managed the clean up of the house, arranged the repairs, suggested enhancements to the house before sale, arranged painters, arranged carpet laying and organised building inspection.
