Andrew and his squad managed everything smooth. We inspected our property for several times. Two times were not booked in prior, but Andrew had no any complain. There were some glitches regarding our banking transfer, but Andrew showed great patience, although the deadline was approaching. We got this property finally with a reasonable price. His colleague also gave us some renovation/decoration advice which was really thoughtful. Nice service overall and highly recommended

Living interstate then over seas during the sale negotiations didn't stop Andrew from daily phone calls and emails. He kept us up to date with enquiries and only moved forward with our permissions. Andrew's advice and judgement of the sale was spot on. He understands the market and takes time to call or answer questions all hours of the day. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew had great knowledge of the market and was exceptional at communications. We had a fair bit of backwards and forwards, however he kept us informed each day of how things were progressing. I felt he was genuinely interested in making a deal that worked for both parties and not just the seller. He never pushed us but rather made us see the potentials of the investment with statistics and suburb information which always trumps general commentary.
