For anyone looking for an agent to sell their property, I cannot recommend Andrew Magro from Harcourts Exclusive at Carlingford highly enough. From our initial meeting, Andrew showed enormous empathy, kindness and professionalism in helping me sell my aunt and uncle’s home of sixty years. Acting on their behalf was a huge responsibility and Andrew went out of his way to ensure the process went smoothly. Not living locally added challenges when it came to preparing the property for market but Andrew organised gardeners and cleaners who did an excellent job in a very short timeframe. Andrew’s communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. I was always kept updated on all aspects of the marketing program and sale negotiations. He had a great understanding of the local market and his legal knowledge regarding acting on my aunt and uncle’s behalf was very thorough. His commitment to achieving an excellent result for my aunt and uncle was realised and the property sold prior to auction. I can’t thank Andrew enough for the tremendous job he did.
