But as a buyer I found that his no-nonsense approach was a welcome difference. There was no smoke and mirrors, and we didn't feel like we were being treated with contempt (and trust me, nothing puts off a potential buyer more than being openly lied to), and that he didn't wait for us to reach out before trying to secure our price.
