Having used other real estates previously it was easy to see an instant difference with Luke and his team. Luke guided us the whole way explaining the plan and keeping us up to date at every step. We first met Luke at an open home and ended up chatting about potentially selling our place. To be completely honest, we were pretty anxious about the whole process. But from the moment Luke came around to meet with us, he was incredibly supportive and reassuring. He gave us fantastic advice before we’d even signed a contract, which really showed us he genuinely cared about getting the best result for us, rather than just chasing our business. He also put us in touch with Bec, who was amazing. She gave us great tips on how to style our home using things we already had, highlighting its best features without us needing to spend thousands on professional stylists. During the campaign, we had open homes twice a week. After every single one, Luke would call us with a detailed update—how many groups came through, if there were any returning buyers, and what people were saying about the price. He’d always follow up over the next few days as he called everyone back. With all the doom and gloom in the news lately regarding house prices, Luke’s genuine optimism and upbeat attitude were exactly what we needed to stay confident. What we loved most was that he actually listened to us. He never just took over or told us what to do; he made us feel valued and always took our ideas on board. On top of that, he never left us hanging. He was always just a quick text or phone call away, completely transparent, and kept us totally in the loop the entire time. Choosing Luke and his team (Bec and Erika) was the best decision we made. Luke and his team were very transparent across the board with me. He included me in every step right up until the completion at auction. Perhaps the whole concept is a little antiquated, or maybe I don't quite understand it - despite the Mario Puzo book of the same theme being a favourite of mine: the tradition of assigning Godparents to a new born, and the meaning attributed to it. The only thing I'll say before continuing is that I'm sure whatever (situational) legal factors once involved, are long past, and it's meaning symbolic more than anything else. With that, I’d like to formally extend an invitation to you, Luke Wilson, an honour belonging to both TG and I, of being the Godfather to our newborn CSH. By this point you’re probably aware I'm not joking. And I'm not. I mean, why not? You fit the description perfectly. Since you came into our lives almost a decade ago, you've been a loyal participant akin to family, and directly involved in much of what is good for me and my family as it stands presently. In spite of hardships that, on occasion, threatened us reaching our goals and potential, you and your team mobilised and remained engaged and steadfast. Particularly recently when, during a campaign, you were required to wear many hats, and do what could be argued is lot more than what should be expected. But you wore those hats and wore them well. Sincerely - couldn't have done it without you. I literally can't thank you enough. Anyways, have a think about the godfather thing and let me know. I reckon its a great idea!
