I never met with Andrew directly (I’m interstate), but we communicated several times over the phone. Andrew always returned messages in a quick manner. Andrew was able to sum up the potential in our property very quickly after his first visit and understand the limiting factors. We proceeded to a very quick sale to a buyer Andrew connected us with. Overall, it was an easy and painless transaction.
Andrew and Renee got us great money for our much loved house, 50K more than other agents had indicated. Andrew worked hard to get every detail of our marketing campaign just the way we wanted it and backed us 100% in the process. There were stressful moments in the contract period negotiations, so it was very reassuring to have experienced sale agents working for us!
