i do not like any realestate organization that sells using the dutch auction system. I am desperatly trying to get the state government to outlaw it and you use it. Melissa was nice to deal with but i would not recommend any one that uses it.It is not a fair way to do business Melissa put up with me voicing my disapproval so i thank her for that if it was not for the complaint mention above i would have given a 5 thanks Mike Forrest
