There are few people who are better equipped to sell your East Tamar property than Andrew Michieletto. Having lived in Piper’s River most of his life and as a member of the Harcourts East Tamar team for the past 16 years, Andy knows a thing or two about the East Tamar property market!
Andrew joined the Harcourts team with more than 20 years of experience as a tradie and local business owner and has been a partner in the business ever since. As a volunteer firefighter as well as a previous Executive Member and President of the George Town Chamber of Commerce for many years, Andy is currently a George Town Council councilor, we love Andrew’s dedication and passion for his local community.
What Andy loves most about the East Tamar region is its diversity – from the beaches to the river to the bush. One thing you may not know about him is that Andrew loves cats. Andrew was gifted his pet cat Gary from his previous Sales Assistant, Erin, who mistakenly thought Gary was a boy. Regardless, Andrew and Gary have been in love ever since!
A regular day for Andy involves inspections, phone calls, appraisals, getting out and about, and meeting people. When Andrew isn’t working, you’ll find him working on his 19-acre property, or riding on one of his passions - motorcycles, playing tennis, or bushwalking. His one piece of advice for buyers and sellers? Listen to what your agent is telling you about the market & make sure that your property is well-presented!
