Andrew is the ultimate Real Estate Agent and the person you want on your side, he has extensive local knowledge and as I was new to Tasmania for this investment property purchase this was of high importance to me. Andrew found a tenant without delay and managed the property without a problem over the years. As my circumstances changed i then sold through Andrew in May, 2020. I always found Andrew to be well informed and helpful, with a calm and friendly manner. I would recommend Andrew 100%. I would buy/sell/lease through Andrew again without any hesitation. I am very happy with the purchase price, the rental yield and the sale price achieved by Andrew. Thankyou Andrew, it was an amazing experience!!!
