After deciding to start a new chapter in our lives and make a sea change, we rang Andrew from YPA. He had come cold calling through the neighbourhood approx 8 months earlier (this showed ambition and drive that I have never seen from other local agents). Andrew was a pleasure to speak to and his advice, and his market knowledge was impressive. We decided to get the house ready to put on the market but within 24 hours he had two people through and 23 hours after that negotiated the price we wanted. Wow! I was in shock. I Have sold several houses in the past but never that quick and easy. The whole process was seemless and easy with minimal fuss.
