I met Andrew when he was the agent for a house I finally bought in Taylors Hill. I have many close Vietnamese friends and they all told me that it took them so many months (usually six) to find a house to buy. My family and I saw the house (we finally bought) was first advertised by another agency (not the one Andrew worked with at such time) then saw it was reduced when Andrew represented it. We wanted to buy and that was only the second house we looked into. The other did not meet our specs because it was smaller than we thought. This house was not the only one we possessed hence we could compare agencies and agents representing the sellers. Andrew was very good. He did not push a buyer. He did try to sell but he was not like other agents where they might try to do all possible ways to give pressure to a buyer to buy the house. I like his professionalism hence I have always keep his number so that next time if I will need to sell my other house I will definitely engage him to represent us. I hope when you will meet Andrew you would have the same impression. When all sales are long over, he remembered us and gave us a big can of beer as a gesture of thankyou where we did not expect him to as he was not our representative.
