Didn’t have much to do with him. My brother dealt with Andrew more
From beginning to end first class service and attention to detail with a smile 😀
The agents were very lovely and easy to deal with. They kept me updated on important details, responded to all of my enquiries quickly and were never too pushy.
Andrew Montalto at Belle Property gave us outstanding service in every way during the selling of our Appartment. He was personable, professional and pleasant at all times and always obliging in meeting our demands. We would definitely recommend Andrew and his professional team. It was a pleasure to do business.
We found that the staff of Hockingstuart very thorough and thoughtful with regard to our needs (demands). Andrew Montalto in particular looked after us personally. He met with us outside normal working hours advising of current market conditions and discussed strategy. Nothing was too much for him in achieving a desirable outcome.
I felt that Andrew and his team went above and beyond what any other agent would do - professionalism at its best highly recommended
Andrew was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Trustworthy, ethical and does what it takes to assist. A great relief to a purchaser!
Really unimpressed. Yes, the vendor was beyond difficult to deal with. But it is the agent's job to wrangle the basics from them. To have a final inspection cancelled last minute because the vendor hasn't cleared out from the property, then to re-book only a few days before settlement, to find that certain fixtures had been replaced despite them being in the pictures and I am 90% sure were there during inspection. Then on the day of settlement the agent hadn't gotten all the keys from the vendor and at 5:30 after settlement is finished, the vendor is still in possession of both sets of keys and security key fobs, and still hasn't cleared out of the house. The vendor then requests that we not move in that day because he hasn't cleared out and still had the key. The agent should have had all the keys on the final inspection as the vendor shouldn't have further access to the property. THIS IS THE POINT OF THE FINAL INSPECTION. To top it off, no bottle of champagne. I got a nice candle from them, which is nice, but there is something to be said about the tradition of a bottle of bubbles to celebrate buying the house. In a weird way this sums up the whole buying experience with Andrew and HockingStuart. The house will be yours after all the stress you deal with unnecessarily. But it is really a candle level of service not a champagne level of service. Just honestly felt like they just didn't care.
Andrew was great to work, responsive and got us the result we'd hoped for.
