My perants all ways told me if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. Very let down from the beginning. And cost a hole lot of money for very little return. Would not recommend this agent.

- Andrew's grasp of commercial\ dev housing market in Reservoir is poor. Incredibly his office is in Reservoir :( - Inflated his sale estimate by $100-200K. Final sale just over $900K - Posted description online without prior approval. Audience optics miscalculated from the get-go by targeting only home\ family buyers and not including developers. - Attitude, approach and comms lacklustre throughout. Leave residential dev. zones to more well informed agents in the area please!
