Andrew & the Ray White Macarthur group helped us sell our first home. Andrew and the Ray White team were very accessible throughout the duration of the sale & made the sale process seamless. Andrew and his colleagues were friendly, professional & encouraging of open communication. Andrew has a very friendly and easy going manner which made him a pleasure to interact with. Although we were happy with the end result of the sale, only sore point was that the house did not sell for what we were originally guaranteed we would "easily get" (sold for $15,000 less). So would suggest a more realistic market appraisal be given to clients from the get go so as to not to unnecessarily heighten expectations & create disappointment if expected baseline target is not met. Following the sale Andrew helped us secure a fantastic rental property to move into ASAP whilst we await our family home to be built. This was extremely helpful and took a lot of pressure off us particularly as it was during the Christmas/New Year period when pretty much all of the other Real Eatate agents in the area were closed, making securing a rental at that time feel impossible. However with Ray White being one of the only agents open late December-early January we were able to view rental properties they had available and managed to secure one! Between Andrew and Katie (property manager), the process was seamless & a huge relief! Andrew was extremely supportive. Would definitely engage Andrew & Ray White Macarthur for their services again.
