His market knowledge is complete and well honed; his communication was regular, concise, and clear; his credibility and negotiation skills are unparalleled, case in point is the incredible sale he got for our house. He managed to achieve $15 000 over what we thought we would get. Furthermore it was very clear to us that he actually loves his job and isn't just chasing money or a quick sale.
