I approached four different agents about selling the block we had sub-divided block at the back of our rental property, knowing it wasn't a great time to have a block on the market while building was so difficult. Despite asking specific questions of them over the phone, three responded with brochures, downloaded market information and answers to only some of our questions. Only Andrew took the time to give us answers, plus he put forward different strategies to get the best outcome. He provided regular updates and was very helpful when we were dealing with different offers. It took much longer to sell than we'd hoped, but happy with the outcome and appreciated both Andrew's professionalism and patience.

Andrew is a very experienced and mature Real Estate Agent. He does not market himself as "I can sell your property in 15 days" as others do. As a Seller you need an agent who will market your property at the right market price. Agents who promise quick sales will keep the sale price low. Great for the buyer but not the Seller. Andrew did close the sale in less than 3 weeks and at a price 10% higher than the other Agents were targeting and above our price expectation. I ran a small RFQ with 3 Agents and Andrew far exceeded the other two !
