I don’t think I could say anything negative about Andrew as each interaction he surprised me with his knowledge, his market awareness and handled our extremely difficult tenant during the sale of our 1 mil + beachfront property in Safety Bay. Andrew surpassed all our expectations and he had a way of reading the interested buyers intentions bringing us the best possible price. Yes he is Perth based BUT he completed thorough comp comparisons and had detailed history and knowledge of our area. We can not recommend Andrew enough to prospective sellers in our area. Andrew was recommended to me by our property manager. He assisted with some challenging tenants, negotiating the sale price, a couple of building defects and early possession while keeping us informed and onside every step of the way.
