He was prompt in organising a first viewing of the property and followed this up by responding quickly to telephone inquiries providing additional details and clarification of the property. He was attentive in his follow ups without putting pressure on the buyer. He provided an opportunity to meet with the vendor during the second viewing which was most helpful in enabling a decision to make an offer, or otherwise. He provided all the necessary service during the period up to exchange of contract.
