Andrew Reibelt is an awesome agent!!!! He was very attentive & involved and we sold our home in 3 days!!! Wahoo!!! We would have appreciated knowing more about the conditions of the contract of sale i.e. what are fixtures and what's not. We would also have appreciated a clearer idea of what our home was actually worth. This was a bit ambiguous. Overall we are very satisfied and we have already recommended, Andrew to our friends. We sold our house through Andrew. We live on the other side of the country and throughout the sale of the house, I was travelling and had limited access to printers. Andrew and his staff made the sale of my house exceptionally easy, even if i had all the access I would have considered it easy, but without the access, I was surprised at how well the sale was handled and the communication was great.
