Andrew Reibelt is an awesome agent!!!! He was very attentive & involved and we sold our home in 3 days!!! Wahoo!!! We would have appreciated knowing more about the conditions of the contract of sale i.e. what are fixtures and what's not. We would also have appreciated a clearer idea of what our home was actually worth. This was a bit ambiguous. Overall we are very satisfied and we have already recommended, Andrew to our friends. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services ourselves in the future.

We sold our house through Andrew. We live on the other side of the country and throughout the sale of the house, I was travelling and had limited access to printers. Andrew and his staff made the sale of my house exceptionally easy, even if i had all the access I would have considered it easy, but without the access, I was surprised at how well the sale was handled and the communication was great. Would have been nice to have had an opportunity to see the photo of the house, before it was used for advertising.. Did not feel it was taken from the best angle, and was a little disappointed with it.. Trees and angle of driveway, where what we considered the most flattering, and were surprised to see the shot was taken without either.. Also, the settlement date was never discussed with us, and we, as the sellers, maybe should have been asked if we were happy with the date. As a result, we felt at a disadvantage..

I initially listed with another agent as the commission charged was marginally less. After failing to get a single written offer over a 2 month period, and all 'apparent' verbal offers being very low, I removed the property from sale and then re-listed with Andrew. In under a week Andrew brought forward a reasonable written offer, and then a second written offer of a similar amount within a few days of the first falling over. Andrew managed to achieve two written offers at market rate where the original agent could not secure a single offer, more than justifying the extra costs.
