We had a great experience with Andrew Searle and Jordan Penny of Belle Property Hornsby. Both were very informative about the location and property itself. It's always tough dealing with agents when you are a buyer as they of course are representing the seller and that is their top priority. However, we did not feel this pressure during our experience. They listened and were patient with us and worked with us to secure the property along with ensuring their seller was happy from what we could tell. Andrew specifically was a great communicator and kept us in the loop the whole time. I could not believe how nice he was as well from day one, it was a refreshing change to deal with someone so chilled in this business.
