Andrew called us weekly prior to listing our investment property. Although we had contact from the office, once we signed on 5/9/15 and were locked in, Andrew didn't call for over 3 weeks. My only contact in that time was a reply sms, after I inquired on Thursday 17/9/15 why there was no signboard or website listing yet. The photos were taken on Monday 14/9/15, but both the signboard and website listing were only put up on Friday 18/9/15. Therefore, it was too late for the weekend newspaper advertising as well. We were highly disappointed that we missed out on potential buyers. We were considering another well known Charmhaven agent, but went with Andrew due to his dedication. We accepted an offer over 6 weeks later, on 21/10/15, which settled on 2/12/15. Although we were fairly satisfied with the amount, we felt disappointed with the service once we were locked in. We have therefore decided to list our own home with another agent.
