My husband and I have had the pleasure of being both the vendor and purchaser. Firstly as a purchaser we dealt with Renee Wright, whom we met at open houses and who tried vigilantly to find us a home that we could be proud of. At an open house one day, Renee told us she had a home coming up that she though would suit our needs. She was right as it has everything we required in a home. Renee took us to see the home before it was advertised on the market, so a deal was done. Later on we had to sell this for a larger one and saw Andrew Sorensen and after speaking to him we felt he would be able to sell out home rather quickly and he did. At one stage we had to take our home off the market and then put it back on again due to unforseen circumstances and both Andrew and Renee worked hard to get our original buyer back and they succeeded. Andrew is in the business of selling homes but also in the business of meeting peoples needs and we would have no hesitation in recommending both of these agents at any time for anyone wanting to buy or sell.
