We spent over 3 years looking for a house in Copacabana and dealt with many (all) agents working in the area. Andrew was the standout in our experience. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, had excellent communication skills and exhibited a high degree of integrity and professionalism in his dealings with us. Highly recommended.
I have known Andrew for quite some time, always friendly and highly professional. When I decided to sell my house, I immediately went to Andrew. He went above and beyond to walk us through the process. Results were achieved and could not have gone through the stressful time without his support. Thank you Andrew, you ARE THE BEST!
Thank you Andrew for going above and beyond for not only this sale but the years we rented this out and also had it as an Airbnb. For Andrew nothing is impossible, he helped us no end especially as we lived so far away from the property! Endless favours are owed and we massively appreciate him and everything he did!! We will miss you! Thank you
In a landscape of smoke and mirrors, Andrew's an honest and straightforward agent who listens to people and steers clear of real estate cliches.
Andrew’s professionalism, work ethic and unwavering positivity helped us land a solid sale in a difficult and slow market. He got down and dirty with the sale preparations and then drove a non-stop sales campaign, keeping us up to date with every movement. Definitely recommended.
It has been a pleasure working with Andrew to buy our Copacabana house. From the beginning, he was welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. He was always very responsive and helpful which made the transition from Sydney to Central Coast a stress free process. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a trustworthy and diligent agent.
Stone put in a lot of work quickly and professionally. Andrew was so easy to work with. He was sincere, always answered his phone, managed to be in several places at once (!) and remained calm and friendly. His marketing knowledge was immaculate and he got us a good price in record time.
From the moment we stepped into STONE real estate in Copacabana, we felt reassured that we were in safe hands. It was important to us that all the aspects of our home that we love would be well represented. The way that Andrew orchestrated the photography, video, printed marketing material and advertising campaign ensured a prime outcome. The Open Houses and Private Viewings were always well organised and handled with great attention to our privacy. Andrew helped us appreciate our position in the market and achieved the price we sought. Andrew's colleagues make the STONE office a cheerful and reassuring place to pop into. To have a professional and caring agency makes the selling process a safe and positive experience. We have now found a place to purchase through Stone and again appreciated being treated with the same level of respect and transparency. Thank you Andrew for making all that possible.
Andrew was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, knowledgeable, very approachable, quick to respond to questions, a great bridge between seller and buyer and most importantly, straightforward. He made the whole process stress free and I would highly recommend using him to help sell your home.
Since employing Andrew and the Stone team to manage our property, we have found the experience to be very professional, but with a very personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Since deciding to sell, Andrew has proved to be fastidious in his work, with regular communications and updates to keep us and the buyers informed. Would highly recommend.
Right from the start, Andrew has provided us with first class professional assistance. It has been sometime since we last purchased a property and he has guided us and thoroughly explained the whole process in order that we understand and have clear confidence in taking the steps forward. Andrew has always been very pleasant to deal with and there has never been a time when he has not been able to make himself available. We would thoroughly recommend dealing with Andrew.
Andrew was recommended to us as a trustworthy and dedicated agent. He originally managed our rental property and secured a strong rent and great tenants. The property was managed efficiently and professionally to the benefit of both ourselves and the tenants. When we made the decision to sell, Andrew was our first and only choice and yet again he has worked tirelessly on our behalf. He always made himself available not matter what time it was and kept us up-to-date with all developments throughout the period of sale. No question was ever too small and we can't thank Andrew enough for his endless patience! We could not recommend Andrew more highly and genuinely believe he is the best real estate agent on the Central Coast.
