We have bought and sold at least 5 houses across Australia and always the experience has been completely dreadful because we have never had faith in our realestate agents. Many times conspiracy theories regarding our agents real intentions raised their ugly head due to lack of trust and the agents plain dishonestly. Andrew was not like that. For a start he is an open friendly chatter therefore withholding information or playing double games would be very hard for him. Andrew quickly became a friend, and he kept all his lines of communication fully open so you were never left wondering. He appraised the value of our house correctly and wasn’t the slightest bit tempted to pressure us into taking a below value offer so he could get his commission. In fact he steered us anyway from considering those lower options. Our house sold on its 3rd Saturday open, even though Christmas was only a week away and most of Canberra was absent. When Andrew took on the saleing of our house he said it would be sold by Christmas and it was.
