Andrew’s market knowledge was excellent. He was able to negotiate a price acceptable to both parties. Andrew was able to do this during a difficult period that saw restrictions being placed on open homes for inspection due to COVID 19. Notwithstanding those difficulties Andrew worked hard to achieve a smooth sale. Andrew is very professional, enthusiastic and committed. Highly recommended.

Andrews communication skills are exceptional. He kept us updated with every single buyer enquiry and evaluated the buyers professionally. At times I did feel Andrew was too keen to close the sale, and that his interest was more for the buyer and not for us, us the sellers. We approached three agents as part of our process for selecting an agent to sell our house. Andrew was one of the three (based on a recommendation of a friend of ours). The agents proposed different sales approaches and also provided different estimates of what our house could sell for. Of the three agents he was the one who most seemed to really pause and take in our house and its selling points. This was important because our house was a a bit unusual in the market and not that easy to value - unless you took the time to really consider its strengths and their value to potential buyers. We chose to go with Andrew. He proposed an auction - but we hate auctions. After discussing it with Andrew we decided to trust him and simply asked that we have a 5 week pre auction display campaign because we felt that was important for buyers to really get to know the house and hopefully fall in love with it. During the display period we got nervous due to the feedback we were receiving, and again Andrew persuaded us to stay the course and continued with the auction approach. The result was we sold at auction, and we were very happy with the price. Our impression of Andrew is that he is honest and works hard for his clients. He seemed to understand the market, understands buyers and he did a sterling job selling our house.
