As executor for a Deceased Estate I was given the task of selling a property at South Penrith. A number of agents were invited in to view the property and provide market estimates. Most of these agents were not fully prepared with comparable sales in the area and appeared to give unrealistic estimate of property value, possibility to obtain the listing. However Andrew came fully prepared with details of comparable sales in the area and those currently listed for sale. Pricing estimate appeared to be realistic which was reflected in the sale price. Their advertising included listing on Realestate.Com and Domain.com as well as two local publications, and was found to be very professional. Andrew was incredibly prepared for our initial meeting, he knew the area well and presented simply and didn't pressure us at all. Throughout the sales process Andrew was available anytime of the day for either potential buyers and for ourselves.
One Agency were brilliant. Really knew and he market and house was sold in a week and a half. Previous to that the house was on with another agent for 10 weeks and the difference was that Andrew knew the area, had a database of clients wanting to buy in the area and could sell the house on the positive aspects in a market that is cooling off.
