As executor for a Deceased Estate I was given the task of selling a property at South Penrith. A number of agents were invited in to view the property and provide market estimates. Most of these agents were not fully prepared with comparable sales in the area and appeared to give unrealistic estimate of property value, possibility to obtain the listing. However Andrew came fully prepared with details of comparable sales in the area and those currently listed for sale. Pricing estimate appeared to be realistic which was reflected in the sale price. Their advertising included listing on Realestate.Com and Domain.com as well as two local publications, and was found to be very professional.
