We sold our house through Place Sunnybank Hills, with Owen Chen and Andy Guo being the lead agents. The strong advice was to have a short marketing campaign, followed by an auction. We received an offer prior to auction but Andy advised us to reject that offer and go to auction. Andy was extremely diligent in following up all potential buyers and we ended up having 11 registered bidders at the auction and selling the house well above reserve.
