So when we decided on health grounds that we needed to sell and move to a more aged-care friendly locale, calling Andy as a local and recommended agent was an easy and reputable choice. We are happy with the price Andy negotiated: there were several offers on the table, and one was a higher offer but finance conditional, whereas the price accepted was only marginally less and not conditional – it became firm from the moment of signature, which provided a level of expectation and certainty to us.
