Andy was knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful. He even acted emergency handyman when things went wrong at the last minute. Nothing upset him and he was equal to every challenge. Andy kept in touch at all times and was very conscious of the fact that selling is stressful, especially for a single, older woman. At all times his advice was practical and helpful
