From our first meeting I appreciated that Andy is a good listener and communicator.He took on board all of my questions and concerns and, drew on his extensive knowledge of the market and his profession, to create solutions to what I saw as problems. Andy made the sale process personal to me and approached it in a quiet and considerate manner. He kept in regular contact with me, accompanied personnel who needed to come into my home and put me in touch with those who could assist me to present my home in the best way. Early in the process, Andy was able to argue for an upgraded price. By listening to my needs for settlement and those of the buyer, Andy negotiated an agreement that was to our mutual satisfaction. I could not be happier about how Andy handled the sale of my house and recommend him highly.
