His knowledge of the market along with positive attitude towards the sale of 40 Robertson Dr, was next to none. He has taken the role of an agent to a new level. Pattern if there ever was!! Very helpful, Cheery, Positive, Energetic, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I have dealt with other agents in the past and they don't come anyway near Andy's passionate desire to care for the purchaser. From meeting with him for the first inspection to negotiating with the Vendors on sale price, I never doubted his ability to come back to me everytime with some more positive news. 100% for effort Andy....you're a very good bloke to deal with!!!
