Andy from Harcourts would have to be my favourite agent by far, and as I have been a renter for the past 20 years up till this point I have experienced my fair share of realestate agents. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and I can always depend upon a friendly phone call or face when we are communicating. Pleased to have decided to sell our property through this agency and through Andy in particular. Initially discussed a couple of years ago but at the time were not quite ready to sell and Andy was respectful of that decision and left us to decide in peace when we were ready.
