Andy comes highly recommended. He did exactly what he said he would do. Our unit was sold sold within a week for a price that was promised earlier. Communication was very easy even though we were overseas at the time of sale. It's obvious that Andy goes "above and beyond" with evening and weekend communication. If I couldn't get hold of Andy on the phone, there would be a text msg a minute later saying "give you a call in a minute". I wish all professionals worked like that! Very good, indeed.
