Pros: Andy is a very hard working agent and capable of selling properties within a set timeframe. He is always available to answer my calls/emails even during odd hours. I would say Andy treats his work as part of his life and he is definitely a smart operator. His team members are very friendly and responsive. Photographer provided by Andy was excellent. Cons: Andy is very busy and fast pace. This may not work well for those require step-by-step handholding/education throughout the selling process, or if you require his full support above and beyond the core selling duty. Overall Andy is very focus at maximising selling prices and he is good at dealing with tricky properties. I will definitely consider his service again.
From the outset Andy was enthusiastic and positive about selling my property. He was personable and easy to deal with. The campaign started strongly with a couple of great offers which unfortunately fell through but Andy deligently worked on, following up any interest shown and keeping me in the loop as to progress.
