I met Angela at a home open on the same street as my own investment property. I admired the initiative she took to call me two days later and advise the property had sold and asked if I’d be interested in selling my house as it was just a few doors down, and she had a few people that had missed out. It was very clear within minutes of chatting that she was exceptionally knowledgeable on the area as well as the current market trends. I particularly loved her confidence in pricing and how best to go about dealing with it all as the house was currently rented. I found her confidence incredibly reassuring, and despite having someone else lined up to eventually the sell the house when the time was right, instead agreed over the phone that she had my business! 7 days later she had sold the house and managed to get more than I expected for it. Her communication was fantastic throughout the whole process and she took care of absolutely everything, including liaising with the current tenant and letting agent. I thoroughly appreciated her communication, but also her honesty about the value and what could happen if I wait on selling. She was very genuine and down to earth and I certainly felt like she always had my best interests at heart. I wouldn’t hesitate in having Angela sell my next property.

Angela did a great job selling our investment property during the Corona-virus lockdown. Angela was very easy to speak to, showed alot of interest early on to help us present the property in the best possible manner and then really stood out when she was able to still obtain offers for the property without being able to hold home opens. We approached Angela after being impressed with some of her other ads. When we met she easily built rapport, spoke in an earnest way giving her insights and experience in the market, and answered our many questions. She didn't once look at the time or give us the sense that we were taking too long with the meeting. From that point on she was fantastic. Efficient, hard working, gave good suggestions and guidance throughout the process but ultimately left the decisions in your court as the owner so you didn't feel pressured.
