We met Angela at a home open and found her to be really organised and presented the property really well. We felt comfortable discussing the property with her and she answered all our questions professionally and with more detail than we had come to expect from previous experiences with agents. Angela's handshake was also very firm and professional (nobody likes a limp handshake) We ended up putting an offer in on the property due to our situation we needed everything to move quickly and Angela facilitated this. Angela and Andrew from OneAgency are a dynamic team. My need was to sell my late father's estate in a market that was severely depressed and while I was not even in the same state. I have not ever met Angela in person but that did not mean I didn't have confidence, quite the opposite. Angela kept constantly in contact with me by email and phone and all of this as Christmas came with me being 300kms away. In fact the final day of signing was on Christmas eve (which was all done through email) . She negotiated to get me the best price and managed to get a price about 12% above what I thought the property would sell for. I can't be thankful enough for making an emotional process that much easier.

I spent some months watching and looking at the behavior of agents selling in North Fremantle. Questions I asked myself How I was made to feel upon entry to the property. What information the agent was able to supply. Whether or not I was followed up. All of the agents were told that we were looking to sell or rent our property as we were still undecided as to which way we would go. In all instances Angela was exceptional. When first I meet her she was ready to close an open for sale property and had an appointment to keep. Under pressure she was able to give full attention and I did not feel over rushed. Angela followed up as promised. Presentation of the property for sale. Our home was full of memories of travel, furniture from all over, art objects and to top it off the walls were full of textiles, beads and my art which can be "very statement in nature". Angela recommended that most be removed. This action opened our home and I can see allowed others to see potential for their personal stamp when viewing our home. We now have an offer "subject to" and feel that the price reflects the market place at the moment.
